Individual care - Therapy and exercise - Group physiotherapy
Group physiotherapy
At the Pavel Kolář Centre for Movement Medicine, we offer group physiotherapy under the expert supervision of our experienced physiotherapists. Group sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes with a maximum of six participants. A smaller number of people ensures that everyone receives individual attention and guidance from the physiotherapist so that each exercise is performed correctly and effectively.
Why choose group physiotherapy with us?
- Individual attention: Despite the group format, our therapists can pay attention to each participant to guarantee the correct execution of the exercises.
- Continuing treatment: Group physiotherapy is ideal for those who have already completed individual physiotherapy sessions and want to continue with the exercises.
- Affordable: We offer great value at a price of CZK 300 for a 60-minute session.

Feldenkrais® Method (FM)
The Feldenkrais® method is an innovative psychosomatic system of movement education, where concentration and perception of movement play the main role. Thanks to the connection with our natural abilities and the flexibility of the brain, FM is ideal for developing a better quality of movements and therefore quality of life. The group exercise "Moving to self-awareness" is based on the slow and repeated execution of movements under the guidance of a certified practitioner. The result is a better perception of the body, greater flexibility, strength and the removal of entrenched stereotypes. It's perfect for everyone - from individuals with mobility issues to artists looking to improve their coordination. We recommend layered clothing, especially in the winter months.
