Physical fitness
Our PHYSIOFITNESS training sessions are a great addition to physiotherapy. They are carefully designed with each client's health in mind and focus on preventing injuries and improving athletic performance. We always respect the individual needs of clients in order to provide the best care.
The goal of PHYSIOFITNESS is to provide specific and effective forms of exercise which will help post-injury patients and top athletes to streamline their training process. When creating training programmes, we always consider the client's current state of health to ensure the best possible care.
Our training sessions are particularly suitable for patients suffering from long-lasting back and joint pain. If this is also your situation, our sessions can bring you relief from pain and help strengthen and stabilise the whole body. Our goal is to achieve continuous improvement and prevent future difficulties.
All our sessions are based on the concept of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization® by Professor Pavel Kolář. Individual exercises are designed to minimise the load on joints and at the same time lead to efficient movement. This will improve movement coordination, increase sports performance and minimise the risk of injury.
Physical fitness for athletes
If you are interested in maximising sports performance or compensating for unilateral strain, we also offer a PHYSIOFITNESS option for athletes. This option will be adapted to the nature of your sport discipline.

Physical fitness training (individual) 6 x 60′
The training sessions combine physiotherapy and fitness, aimed at preventing injuries and improving performance. We respect the individual needs of clients, we provide targeted exercises for patients with back and joint pain and athletes. Our trainings use the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization® method for effective and safe movement.
