Each person's movement tells their own story. I enjoy listening to these stories, trying to understand them and letting them guide me in finding the best way to relieve a patient's difficulties. In therapy, I mostly use the Stecca method of fascial manipulation and the principles of dynamic muscular stabilisation by Professor Kolář.
