Physio Fitness

The goal of physio fitness training is to prevent injury and to increase sports fitness. Sessions take place under the individual supervision of the DNS trainer who selects the exercises based on the current condition of your musculoskeletal system and level of fitness. Physio fitness sessions are a great choice for patients suffering from long-term pain in the back, knees and shoulders or for those who have already undergone physiotherapy and would like to continue in a more athletic form.

All training sessions follow the principles of Prof. Pavel Kolář´s Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation®; during each exercise, precise position of each joint and activation of the deep stabilising spine system is ensured.
