Sports nutrition is a frequently neglected area, yet it is a very important part of sports performance and an improperly composed diet can be a major limitation on performance.

Our nutritional therapist will advise you on how to eat during and after sport activity, so that your body works properly, helps you achieve the best performance and aids in quick recovery afterwards. The right diet must be tailor-made; it depends on exact body structure of the individual athlete (measured on the InBody bioimpedance device), health, diet (vegan, vegetarian, etc.), the type of sport (endurance or strength) undertaken and many other factors.
